Tapan Ray is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 9, 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialisation in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, bachelor’s degree in law from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, master’s degree in public policy from the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University, USA, master’s degree in public administration from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, USA, diploma in international law and diplomacy and post graduate diploma in international trade and business law from Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy, Indian Society of International Law, post graduate diploma in international business operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an executive master’s in foreign trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He is a retired Indian administrative officer wherein he served as the secretary to the ministry of corporate affairs, government of India. Currently, he serves as the managing director and group chief executive officer of GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He is a member of the alpha sigma chapter of Phi Beta Delta, Honor Society for International Scholars since March, 2006.

Ms. Manju Agarwal, is a Post Graduate from University of Allahabad, an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, Certification in Documentary Credits, by Euro Money, UK, Certification in Marketing, by IIM, Kolkata and Certification in Financial Inclusion, by Harvard Kennedy School, USA. She has 34 years of banking experience with State Bank of India, in India and overseas Retail banking, Digital Banking, Customer Service and Financial Inclusion at Policy, Strategy and Operations level. She has Led SBI’s partnership with Reliance Industries Ltd to set up Jio Payments Bank Ltd., Led the Govt Business, Transaction Banking and Issuing & Acquiring Business of the Bank, Led Bank’s foray in Transit and the Metro solutions and Bank’s Jan Dhan program.

Krzysztof Wieslaw Jamroz is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 10, 2021. He was previously associated with our Company as an Independent Director from March 11, 2016 and as the chairman of the Board from August 19, 2017 till the cessation of his term on December 31, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Birmingham City University and a master’s degree in business administration from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada. He has over 19 years of experience in the logistics, cash management and investment banking. He presently serves as an executive chairman of the Board of Roadrunner Transportation Systems (RRTS) and executive chairman of Ascent Global Logistics. Previously, he was associated with GardaWorld Corporation as its cash services president and chief operating officer and as head of JP Morgan’s corporate finance practice in Canada. He serves as the governor of the Royal Ontario Museum (‘ROM’) and has received the ROM Donor of Merit Award. He is also the chief executive officer of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in the United States of America.

Ms. Sayali is MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University Illinois, United States and a Bachelors degree from the National University of Singapore. She is the Co-Founder of Paysense and was the Chief Business Officer of PayU Credit India. Prior to Paysense, Sayali spent 15+ years in US and Singapore building and executing strategies for leading consumer and retail companies in the US with AT&T; in California and with AT Kearney in Chicago.

Jimmy Lachmandas Mahtani is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 27, 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science in business administration, triple major in finance, marketing and international business from Georgetown University. He has over 21 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has been associated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) since 2006 and currently serves as a managing director of private equity investment team in India. Prior to BPEA, he was associated with General Atlantic Partners (Mumbai) in the capacity of a vice president.

Rajiv Kaul is the Executive Vice Chairman, Whole Time Director and CEO of CMS Info Systems Limited (“CMS”), India’s leading business services platform providing logistics and technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, organized retail, and e-commerce sectors. Rajiv has been keenly involved in industry bodies with a long-term focus on building sustainable, well governed ecosystems. He has served as an elected member to CII National Committee and NASSCOM Executive Council and is currently a member of the Board of Governors of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He has also served on RBI committee for currency movement.

Rajiv’s passion for education led him to launch ‘Project Shiksha’ during his tenure at Microsoft and he continues his passion for improving education as a Trustee at ‘The Art1st Foundation’, driving fresh pedagogy in Arts education at leading Indian private as well as government run schools. As the Director for CMS Foundation, he is focused on driving meaningful social impact amongst underserved communities across various states in India. He also actively mentors leading start-up founders and invests in deep-tech B2B early-stage companies.

Rajiv holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering specializing in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management with a Gold Medal from XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.

Mr. Jimmy Mahtani has over 17 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has been associated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) since 2006 and currently serves as a Managing Director of the private equity investment team in India. Prior to BPEA, he was associated with General Atlantic Partners (Mumbai) in the capacity of Vice President.

Mr. Mahtani holds a Bachelor's degree in Science in Business Administration, triple major in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Georgetown University.

Mrs. Shyamala Gopinath is a part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Limited. She has over four decades of experience in financial sector policy formulation in different capacities at RBI. As Deputy Governor of the RBI for seven years and member of RBI's board of directors, she handled some of the critical portfolios in the Reserve Bank, such as, financial markets, including regulation and management of government debt and exchange rate, management of foreign exchange reserves, and banking regulation and supervision.

Between 2001 and 2003, she was deputed to International Monetary Fund (IMF), where she dealt with foreign exchange reserves management, safeguard assessment and foreign exchange markets. She has been part of IMF missions of Financial Sector Assessment Programs to Hungary, Poland, Nigeria and Tanzania. Mrs Gopinath has been a part of the World Trade Organisation's deliberations relating to financial services. She has also been a delegate on the Asian Clearing Union and Financial Stability Board.

She served as Chairperson of the Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds from 2012 to 2014. She has been an independent Director on the boards of Clearing Corporation of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GAIL (India) Limited and Independent Non-Executive on the Global Governance Council of EY Global Ltd UK. Presently, she is a director on the board of several companies, including non-profit entities, namely Vodafone India Limited, Grassroot Trading Network for Women and Tata Elxsi Limited. Also, she is currently the chairperson of the board of governors of IIM, Raipur and of the Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Mrs. Gopinath holds a Master's degree in Commerce and is a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers

Mr. Ashish Agarwal has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He currently serves as a Principal of Baring Private Equity Asia, Mumbai. Prior to that, he was associated with Lehman Brothers in Mumbai as a Senior Vice President, and the Bank of America in Chicago as Vice President.

Mr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialisation in Electronics from SGS Institute of Technology & Science, Indore, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, USA.

Mr. Sahni is a retired Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer who served at various senior positions within the Indian Government. Mr. Sahni holds a B.A. (Hons.) in English Literature, an M.A. (History) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and M.Sc (Economics) from the London School of Economics.
