Recognizing this, we have taken initiatives to support the lives of elder individuals, aiming to address the gaps and challenges in providing adequate care and support for them. Our efforts embody a commitment to improving the well-being and quality of life for older people in our communities. In pursuing sustainable impact in elder care, we have implemented a training-led employment approach, providing specific caregiving training to women. Following the training, these women are placed in personal care homes to serve elder citizens, creating a self-sustaining community of caregivers for our underprivileged elders.
